Allowed to be ME: Women in Education

A six-week coaching programme a gentle, supportive space for women.

Courses are run Online on Zoom.

You hold the school together. Pupils, parents, colleagues, deadlines. And somewhere along the way, you slipped quietly off your own list. This isn’t a failure to cope. It’s what happens when a role asks for everything and rarely pauses to ask how you are. Allowed to be Me is a six-week group coaching programme for women in any role in a UK primary or secondary school. Teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, office and business staff, pastoral leads, site and catering teams. Every role is held equally here. How it works We meet live on Zoom for 6 weeks, every Thursday from 14 January to 18 February, 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Cameras on or off. No forced sharing, ever. Between sessions there’s a small reflection that takes minutes, not an evening you don’t have. Some weeks, simply turning up is enough. The six weeks Week 1: Arriving. Settling in and taking a first gentle look at what you’ve been carrying. Week 2: The Weight We Carry. Seeing where your energy really goes, and why doing more has become the only way. Week 3: Who Am I Beneath the Role. Reconnecting with the woman who was there before the job title. Week 4: Permission to Prioritise Yourself. Boundaries and rest as an act of care, practised in small, safe ways. Week 5: Feeling Seen and Heard. Being properly listened to by women who understand. Week 6: Living as Yourself. Bringing it together and taking it with you. What women tell us They leave more grounded and less overwhelmed. Less alone. Clearer about who they are beyond the role and steadier with their boundaries. Many still love their work. They just stop disappearing inside it. Your coaches We’re Nikki and Catherine, and we’ve lived this life. The late nights. The marking at the kitchen table. The family moments missed for work. We know how it feels to become the name on your lanyard while the wife, mum, daughter and friend slip quietly into the background. We see you. Your investment: £499 You book the hair appointment. You keep up the gym membership. You make time for your nails. This is the same choice, only deeper. Six evenings that belong entirely to you, with a difference that lasts long after the blow-dry. You’ve spent years investing in everyone else. This is your turn. Book your place today and walk into the spring term as yourself again. You don’t need to arrive with answers. You simply need to come as you are.
