Our Story

Our Mission is Simple: walk beside you as you transform and step into the life that finally feels like yours.
Our mission is to support women in life’s quiet turning points - the moments when who they’ve been no longer fits, and who they’re becoming is asking to be heard.
We create a calm, grounded space where they can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their own inner voice. Through compassionate guidance, lived experience, and emotionally intelligent support, we help women make sense of what’s shifting beneath the surface so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and alignment.

About Catherine
For as long as I can remember, my instinct has been to look closer.
When something felt misaligned, I did not step back. I leaned in. I gathered the detail, explored every angle, and sought to understand the full picture before taking my next step. It took me a long time to recognise that this was a strength. What I know now is that clarity rarely arrives all at once. It grows from the willingness to stay curious, even when things feel uncertain.
That way of moving through the world has shaped everything.
During more than thirty years in education, I have stood beside children, families and colleagues at some of the most demanding moments of their lives. I have seen what happens when someone feels truly understood. When they are given space, not solutions. When the people around them believe in their capacity to find their own way. It changes things. Quietly, but completely.
Alongside my professional life, I have also lived the personal experience of supporting neurodiversity within my own family. That journey deepened something in me. It taught me to honour difference, to see the world through multiple lenses, and to hold firmly to the belief that people do not need fixing. They need understanding. They need someone who will respect who they are, not who it might be easier for them to be.
These experiences, professional and personal, are the foundation of everything I bring to coaching.
I work with people who feel misaligned, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. Not to offer quick answers, but to offer depth, curiosity and genuine partnership. Together, we create the kind of clarity that allows you to trust yourself again.
If that is what you are looking for, I would love to talk.

About Nikki
There is something I have always known: people find their way to me and I like to help.
For much of my career, I worked in secondary education as an Exam and Data manager. This role meant I was present for some of the most high-stakes moments in people's lives. Exam season/Results day. The student sitting outside my office, too overwhelmed to speak. The teacher who had held everyone together all term and was quietly falling apart.
My office became something of a haven. Staff and students alike would find their way to my door, and they knew I was that person who would listen without judgement, without rushing to fix anything, and without making them feel like a burden. I was calm when everything else wasn't. I could sit with someone in the hard moments and just be there. It was never something I was taught. It was just who I am. I was good at holding space for others.
What I hadn't yet learned was how to hold it for myself.
When my own world shifted, through loss, through change, through not quite knowing who I was anymore, I found myself somewhere I had never expected to be. Lost. The person everyone leaned on had no idea how to lean. What brought me back was finding someone willing to sit with me in that difficulty. Someone who helped me make sense of it all, who made me feel genuinely seen, and who created enough stillness for me to finally hear myself think.
From that moment, things began to change.
Losing both of my parents reshaped me in ways I am still understanding. Grief has a way of asking questions you never thought to ask, about who you are, what you truly value, and what kind of life you want to build from what remains. That journey, painful and clarifying in equal measure, became the foundation of everything I now bring to coaching.
I know what it is to be the strong one. And I know what it is to quietly need someone in your corner.
If that resonates, I would love to have a conversation.
