Allowed to be ME: FREE 3 DAY Challenge
Half Term Resit
Courses are run Online on Zoom.
A FREE three-day live challenge for women in education. Schools run on women who notice everything. Who’s upset. Which form hasn’t come back. Which child hasn’t been in for three days. What often goes unnoticed is you. Somewhere between the lanyard going on and the lanyard coming off, you became a version of yourself that’s easier for everyone else. A little quieter. A little more agreeable. A little less you. This half term, we’d like to give you three gentle sessions to notice that. Who it’s for Teachers, teaching assistants, exams officers, receptionists, data managers, attendance officers, office teams, SEND staff and everyone in between. Whatever it says on your lanyard, there’s a place for you here. When we meet Cohort One (20 to 22 October) is now sold out. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Cohort Two: Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 October, 7:30pm to 8:15pm, live on Zoom. Each session is 45 minutes. Thirty minutes of guided coaching with us both, then ten minutes of live Q&A. Cameras on or off, chat or stay quiet. Just arrive as you are, with a pen and paper nearby. The three days Day 1: What I’m Carrying. Using the Emotional Backpack, you’ll gently separate what’s truly yours from what you’ve picked up and what you never agreed to carry. Day 2: The Cost of Carrying. With the Wheel of Life, you’ll see clearly and kindly what holding everything together has quietly cost you. Day 3: A Glimpse of Being Allowed. You’ll write your own Permission Slip and feel what it’s like to choose yourself, even in a small way. Your free gift The moment you sign up, you’ll receive The Half-Term Reset, our self-audit for women who keep schools running. It helps you notice where you’re performing rather than being, and gives you space to reflect after each session. It’s yours to keep, whether or not you make every day. Your coaches We’re Nikki and Catherine, and we’ve been the women whose work nobody sees. Catherine spent over 30 years in early years education. Nikki spent years managing exams and data in secondary schools. We know how much of yourself a school can ask for, because we gave it too. Places are limited and Cohort One filled quickly. Give yourself three evenings this half term. You’ve earned them a hundred times over. You don’t need to arrive with answers. You simply need to come as you are.
